Please review carefully as some of these products or SKUs are either subject to the last time buy (LTB) opportunities and shipment dates or have reached out an immediate obsolescence due to inability to manufacture or source materials or component parts to produce them.

To assist with the scheduling of material supplies and manufacturing, advance notice of your last time buy intent would be appreciated. Last time buy orders may be subject to longer lead times. As the retirement date approaches, please work with your account manager as appropriate.

This announcement will serve as the formal communication that the listed SKU part numbers will no longer be available for sale after the posted "Last Time Buy (LTB) date" below. Last time buy orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable. For final orders placed under last time buy, distributors are advised only to order with firm reseller back orders.

To support our customers with the transition, we are providing the above-listed functional replacement part numbers options. Please note that the replacement SKUs listed above provided solely as functional alternatives and are not identical, one-for-one replacements for the retired products. The replacement products may differ in features, physical dimensions, appearance, programming software tools, internal components, configuration options, installation requirements, wiring requirements, communication protocol requirements, and other technical specifications not listed. Although the replacement products are intended to provide a comparable functional option, customers are responsible for reviewing all the applicable technical documentation and verifying the suitability, compatibility, programming, and application requirements and any other not listed considerations before selection, purchase, or installation. In no event shall Honeywell Technologies be liable for any loss, damage, or incompatibility arising from a customer's failure to perform such review and verification on the functional replacement option listed.

Product Warranty

Product warranty will be honored as per the applicable company policy for the relevant product line (and subject to the applicable Honeywell Technologies Terms and Conditions in effect at the time, a copy of which can be found at honeywell.com/us/en/legal/warranties/bms-warranties).

Should a product fail within the warranty period, then we will issue a credit note as agreed with the customer.

Last time buy orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable. For final orders placed under last time buy, distributors are advised only to order with firm reseller back orders.

In the event of a product end-of-life or obsolescence, or inability of Honeywell Technologies to manufacture or source materials or component parts for a product, for whatever reason, and/or any associated last-time buy in relation to a product, Honeywell Technologies shall engage in reasonable efforts to manufacture or source such materials but, in no event, shall it be liable if it is unable to ship the product or meet below deadlines due to inability to manufacture. The foregoing is buyer's sole remedy and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Honeywell Technologies be liable for consequential, special, or indirect damages.
