Use this form to submit a support request to our technical support team.  You can also submit a ticket by sending an e mail to support@controlcosupport.com.  Once a ticket has been submitted to Controlco, you will recieve an e mail containing a ticket number in the subject line.  Please reply to that e mail that contains the ticket id in the subject line for all correspondence related to that particular issue.
